Dessert For Dinner

Join us for "Dessert for Dinner", a one-night only event experiencing the acclaimed talents of the Bay Area's top pastry chefs while raising awareness and funds for malnourished children with This Bar Saves Lives. Andrea Correa, pastry chef at Parallel 37 and Cindy Falatic, pastry chef for The Ritz-Carlton, San Francisco will join forces with Shawn Gawle of Saison, Joshua Meiseman of Commis and Box & Bells, Stephanie Prida of Manresa and William Werner of Craftsman and Wolves to present an exceptional six-course menu including savory "intermezzos" by Chef Michael Rotondo of Parallel 37. The evening will also introduce an ongoing This Dessert Saves Lives menu item by Chef Falatic of The Ritz-Carlton, San Francisco featuring a This Bar Saves Lives all-natural snack bar as an ingredient.
